We founded TagThat Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

Thanks for shipping with TagThat Designs! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

  • We process all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

  • We offer LOCAL Pickup

  • We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $40

  • Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

  • In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase.

  • DELAYED or LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

  • WRONG or INCOMPLETE Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Exchange Policy for all Purchases

  • All sales are final. These are custom made to order products. Please double check your orders before it is purchased to ensure you are buying what you need.

  • No refunds are given for any previous purchases.

  • We will exchange products previously purchased AS LONG AS IT MEETS ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:​

    • Has NOT been opened or used in any way.​

    • The product is in good condition. (Not squished, bent, pealed, opened, dirty, scratched etc...)

    • It is returned within 5 days of original purchase date.

    • Proof of purchase is provided (electronic receipt)

  • We will inspect your return before issuing an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange based on product inspection.
  • We allow up to 5 business days after purchase to report any defective product(s) or reason for needed exchange.
  • Defective products may be exchanged for the exact same product/amount purchased.
  • Any defective product claims received after 5 days of delivery will be denied.​​

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you. We will not share your personal information with third parties.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Please keep in mind that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
